Armies on Parade: Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Competition.

2. Entrants must be 12 years of age and over.

3. Entries must be made on a 2' x 2' section of a Citadel Realm of Battle Board, or any other board of the same dimensions.

4. All miniatures must be based and painted Citadel miniatures.

5. Only one entry may be submitted per entrant.

6. Directions for entering the Competition will be available from Hobby Centre staff on Parade Day.

7. Times and dates for the Competition will be available on the Website and from participating Hobby Centres. Late entries will not be accepted.

8. Entries must be original and the sole work of the entrant. Entries submitted by or on behalf of third parties will not be considered.

9. Each person present in participating Hobby Centres on Parade Day will have one vote. The entry which receives the most votes will be declared the winner from that Hobby Centre (Parade Day Winner). Further details of the voting procedure will be available from Hobby Centre staff on Parade Day.

10. Each Parade Day Winner will receive a bespoke Games Workshop trophy. In addition they will be eligible to enter their entry into a competition against all other Parade Day Winners at Games Day 2011. Each Parade Day Winner will be responsible for transporting their winning entry to and from Games Day 2011.

11. Each attendee at Games Day 2011 will be given one vote to cast for their favourite Parade Day Winner. The Parade Day Winner who receives the most votes will be declared the overall winner and will receive a unique Games Workshop trophy to keep and a unique Games Workshop shield to be retained by the Hobby Centre they represented at Games Day 2011.

12. Further details of the judging process at Games Day 2011 will be available from Games Workshop staff at the event.

13. Unsuccessful entrants, at both Parade Days and at Games Day 2011, will be able to collect their entries as directed by Games Workshop staff.

14. Details of entrants may be published in White Dwarf, the Website and related media. By entering the Competition you agree that Games Workshop may use your name, picture and details of your entry for advertising and promotional purposes.

15. By entering the competition, entrants agree that any ideas or designs submitted will become the property of Games Workshop in accordance with Games Workshop's submission policy which can be found on the Website.

16. Games Workshop does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to entries howsoever caused.

17. All decisions will be final and no conversation or correspondence will be entered into.

18. Games Workshop reserves the right to vary any of these terms and conditions without notice. In such event Games Workshop will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.

19. This Competition will be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Games Day 2011: An event held by Games Workshop in the territory of the Hobby Centre where each entrant enters the Competition.
Games Workshop: Games Workshop Limited
Hobby Centre: Games Workshop's retail stores
Parade Day: The date on which each Hobby Centre runs the Competition.

Entry to the competition indicates acceptance with these terms and conditions as final and legally binding.

Games Workshop Ltd is registered as a Data Controller in the United Kingdom under the Data Protection Act 1998. The data given as part of this Competition will be held and processed under the terms of the Data Protection Act and in accordance with our notification to the Data Protection Commissioner. We may use that data for communication, administration of the Competition, and security purposes. We will not sell, share or give any information given to us as part of this Competition to anyone outside the Games Workshop group of companies without your explicit consent or unless the law permits or requires us to do so.
