Παρακαλω να απαντηθουν τα παρακατω και ΜΟΝΟ τα παρακατω ΧΩΡΙΣ σπαμ και "wish-lists" .

The AR committee has started its work on making a comp system for next years ETC. In order to make this as close to what the majority of people want, we would like your views on the points below.

If you want to post them on national forums or get feedback from your players, go ahead, but we do not wish for a yelling contest at TWF, so we are not going to publicize this questionaire. The follow questions may be answered briefly, but the more information you give us, the more we can accomodate your wishes.

Στο τελος , η καθε χωρα ( αναλογα με το τι θελει το majority της κοινοτητας της ) θα εχει "αποψη" . Στο τελος θα μαζευτουν ολες οι "αποψεις" απο ολες τις χωρες και τοτε η AR θα πιασει δουλεια για τα καλα .

ΠΑΡΑΚΑΛΩ ομως , να εχετε στο μυαλο σας οτι ΤΙΠΟΤΑ δεν θα ειναι δεσμευτηκο και ΤΙΠΟΤΑ δεν θα ειναι σιγουρο οτι θα το δειτε στο επομενο ETC Rulling .

Το κανω post εδω και μονο εδω μιας και ειναι ουδετερο απο clubs - guilds - μαγαζια . Οπως ειδατε ζηταμε να μην γινει το TWF spamming land και μιας εμεις οι Ελληνες το εχουμε αυτο , θα ηθελα να το προσεξουμε αρκετα μιας και υπαρχει μια φημη οτι θα υπαρχουν και penalties .

Ευχαριστω πολυ και οτι ποστ εχει σπαμ θα γινει delete .

το ladder να καταργηθει μονο για τους Α στρατους και να κοψουν καποια κομπο σπασμενα
και επισης τα βελακια να μειωθουν με καποιο τροπο ωστε να μην εχει ενας στρατος 90 βελη (multiple shots)και ο αλλος 45. [π.χ καθε 10 multiple shots να μετρανε +5 ακομα]κατι τετοιο

τα frenzy orks να μην εχουν annimosity οταν μπορουν να κανουν charge.
και τα ogre να μπορουν να παρουν μαγο general και ισως να μπορουν να βαζουν 3 ιδια special units ή 2 ιδια rare

- Mostly yes.

- Only 1 Lord plus 2 Hero slots for Category A armies.
- Category B stays the same.
- Category C armies have 1 extra hero slot and they can have the same Rare choice twice.

- No, individual army restrictions already limit the overall team enough.

4. Do you have suggestions for TR?

- No.

- Category C armies have 1 extra hero slot and they can have the same Rare choice twice.

I think that Steam Tank should use a Rare and a Hero slot as well, instead of two Rare slots / Drakenhof Banner shouldn't count as a Hero choice / Blood Knights are a Rare choice, but they should use up one Hero slot as well

Warriors of Chaos, Beasts of Chaos, Daemons of Chaos, Chaos Dwarfs, Dark Elves, Orcs and Scaven may not fight on the same side with any of the following armies: the Empire, High Elves, Dwarfs and Bretonnia
Vampire Counts may not fight on the same side with Tomb Kings
Lizardmen may not fight on the same side with Warriors of Chaos, Daemons of Chaos, Chaos Dwarfs and Dogs of War

5. Do you have any ideas for making Band C armies more attractive?

Category C armies may have one extra Hero slot and an extra Special slot too

Αν δεν υπάρχουν c στρατοι τότε να μπορούν να έχουν διαφορετικα army restrictions (πχ. τα orcs να μπορουν να πάρουν 4 chariots ακομα και αν ειναι ολα special κλπ)

ο Corum εκανε πολυ σωστες παρατηρησεις και με καλυψε, επαναλαμβανω

An alternative would be to make it compulsory for every team to have at least 1 cat C army

Κατάργηση του +/- 10%. Λιγότερα restriction στους Vampires, μάξιμουμ 45 βολές ανά γύρο και όχι 45 μοντέλα ανά γύρο με βαλιστικά όπλα (nerf DE - Empire).

3. Would you like to have team restrictions (TR) introduced for 2010?

Σίγουρα. Βοηθάει πολύ μιας και αναφέρονται σε περιορισμούς στην ομάδα και όχι στον μέσο παίκτη (σαν εμένα) που απλά παίζει warhammer με ETC κανόνες.

4. Do you have suggestions for TR?

Max [6+number of C category armies] ή σκέτο max 7 large targets per team (nerfs Empire - DE - Lizardmen).

5. Do you have any ideas for making Band C armies more attractive?

DoW : allow Italian campaign magic items

και κατά τα άλλα διπλά rare είναι οκ όπως είπαν κ οι παραπάνω.

Categoy A εάν επιλέξει να παίξει με roster χωρίς Λόρδο (δηλ. με 4 Heroes) ή με roster 1 Lord & 2 Heroes, = +250 πόντους (Category B)
Max 2 Large Target per roster
50 Βέλη τον γύρο και όχι 45 Βολές
Steam Tank =1 Rare & 1 Special slot
Dogs of War armies can use regiment of reknown units with named champions
Τέλος σαν κίνητρο για λίστες διαφορετικές από τα κατεστημένα, ορισμένα combo που να ανεβάζουν κατηγορία: π.χ.
Empire με απλό General και το πολύ 2 WARMACHINES στο roster = +250 πόντους
High elves με πολεμιστή General «χωρίς δράκο» = +250 πόντους
Και άλλα παρόμοια για περισσότερους στρατούς (π.χ. Dwarfs with only 2 WARMACHINES in roster= +250), ώστε να υπάρξει δέλεαρ να δούμε Empire με swordsmen, ή High Elves με Spearmen που fluff wise υποτίθεται πως είναι και το βασικό στράτευμα.
Για να μην πούμε για στρατό close combat νάνων που απλά δεν παίζει σε αυτό το περιβάλλον

Dogs of War characters can use looted magic weapons (only weapons) from others rulebooks for X2 cost.

I would like to see only the original AR (prior to ladder and Categories) backed up by a set of Comp Score rules that modify the player's (or Team's) Battle Points. Penalties for Thirsters, Hotek, Drakenhoff etc, and bonuses for lack of imbalanced combos)

If TR is introduced, and Categories remain as they are, minimum of 1 Category C army per team.

Extra Hero Slot and duplication of rare choices.

Ladder εκτός, ας μείνουν τα υπόλοιπα restrictions ανα στρατό που ισχύουν ως σήμερα.

Ναι, πολύ καλύτερα. Από το να πετσοκόβονται στρατοί με ladder, αντικείμενα που πιάνουν hero slots και αλλές τέτοιες άστοχες διορθώσεις, ας περιορίζονται οι ομάδες.

Τίποτα συγκεκριμένο, απλά οτιδήποτε θα μπορούσε να γίνει σαν αντίβαρο για να καταργηθεί το ladder κλπ.

Αν δεν καταργηθεί το ladder στο σύνολο του, οι Α να πάνε 2250 και οι C ας μείνουν 2500 χωρίς 10% και άλλες περαιτέρω αλλαγές. Αλλιώς ας μείνουν όπως είναι.

Instead they shoud be more restrictions to core/special/rare units, to magic items/abilities.

No need... In worst case, less character/unit restrictions (+1 character), three special of the same type or 2 rare of the same type, more fanatics/chariots etc, but no more army points or less % for any reason.

items VHS on Archlector=Hero Choice,Infernal Puppet=1 usable PD
abilities- Engine of the Gods as 1 PD(specially if they have magical attacks),
Powers- 0-1 Rending Stars+Manbane, Discard 6s counts as 3 DD,Tendrils of Tzeentch=1 usable PD/1 Usable DD, Vampiric Powers as Daemonic Powers(pe only 1 Summon Ghouls to army etc).

Units 0-1 Flesh Hounds//Max 5 Wraiths or 3 max if they are going back to 2250 with the 2009 AR for items restrictions,0-1 Stegadons(max 2 with the presence of EotG)
Armies DE: 2250 but with Dragon or War Hydra.
Special Max 45 missiles per turn ( Multiple missiles counts as 2x or 3x for any attempt-->1 DE crossbowmen=2 attempts,1 Outrider=3 attempts)

O&G: Without ETC restrictions for RAre/Special ( with 5 War machines as max) but to Cat B.

Mostly. I don't like differences in points. Try restrict armies keeping the same points for everyone. Keep "ladder" for other restrictions than total army points.

Power up C armies and VC (Ι play WoC)

Not really.

Don't TR. ETC must be as easy as 8 strangers (same nationality 4/8 ) gather and play in a team. TR means constant communication between players and many countries do not have that luxury.

No Core/Special/Rare multiples limit. Tier A armies (DoC, VC, DE) drop to 0-1 Rare and maybe 1-3 Characters
