GW VS CHAPTERHOUSE STUDIOS

Καλησπερα παιδια. Διαβαζω σημερα για τη δικαστικη κοντρα που εχει ξεσπασει εδω κ καιρο αναμεσασα στη πολυαγαπημενη μας GW και την Chapterhouse studios. Η δικη αναμενεται να τελειωσει λιαν συντομως, και εχουν ηδη κυκλοφορησει πολυ ενδιαφεροντα κειμενα

Προσωπικα νομιζω πως ο λογος που υπαρχουν αυτες οι εταιριες ειναι η μονολιθικη πολιτικη της GW..αν κινουνταν πιο εξυπνα δεν θα αντιμετωπιζαν τετοια προβληματα.

απο αυτό που διαβάζω, ικανούς τους έχω να βγάζουν δισέλιδα Codex:Bolter και Codex:Jetbike ωστε να μπορούν πλέον σε επόμενη δίκη να υποστηρίξουν οτι.. "ναι, ο κόσμος αγοράζει αυτό το codex για το jetbike/bolter/grot" (mycetic spore example)

πάντως η chapterhouse δείχνει να έχει αξιόμαχους δικηγόρους στη μάχη απέναντι στο Γολιάθ

Οντως.....εχω διαβασει αρκετα μεγαλο κομματι των πρακτικων, και απ οσα βλεπω η GW απλα λεει οτι ολα ειναι copyrighted χωρις να εχει ιδιαιτερα καλη γνωση νομοθεσιας...

Ελπιζω να τη χασει τη δικη η GW, για να μαζευτει λιγο...οχι οτι δεν εχει ηδη μαζευτει, αλλα...

Thoughts and Implications:
It's looking like however CHS as an entity comes out of this ruling, the implications for the 3rd party industry are profound.

-The ruling of no infringement for the use of the underlying shape and size of GW shoulderpads is now on the legal record.
-Possibly more important is not guilty verdicts on the use of GW trademarks and terms on the CHS website.
-While certain CHS products themselves may disappear from the Earth in the aftermath of this case, it looks like the verdict may have provided a clear blueprint for the 3rd party accessory bits market. One that allows legal use of certain GW trademarks and terms in a way that goes way beyond what Nottingham themselves ever wished to allow.

Ελπίζω (για καλό του) να έχουν καλά επιδόματα ανεργίας στον Βρετανικό ΟΑΕΔ.. Razz

λογικά ο μάρτυρας υπεράσπισης/υπάλληλος της gw θα ειναι, δεν εξεταζει ποτέ ο ένας δικηγόρος τον άλλο δικηγόρο (αν και θα ειχε πλάκα)

Μάλλον ο δικαστής με τον δικηγόρο της GW μου μοιάζει να είναι...

Μαρτυρας ειναι ο Μορρις αμα δειτε τη δικογραφεια, 30 χρονια στη GW στο δημιουργικο τμημα.

Η GW είναι μια εταιρεία με μεγάλο κοινωνικό έργο , προσφέρει άφθονο γέλιο και happy times Smile

Περιμενω και εγω      index astartes: powerfist

Εγώ περιμένω στο επόμενο armybook σε κάθε λέξη να έχουν δίπλα και ένα tm ή R ή C! Στο τέλος βέβαια 20 σελίδες επιπλέον με index όλων των λέξεων με "ειδική σήμανση"!

Όντως έγινε τελικά! Άρχισαν και βγάζουν μικρά βιβλιαράκια με τα HQ και τα equipment κλπ κλπ χωριστά. Μου ήρθε διαφημιστικό email χθες! Razz

Η επόμενη αγορά που θα κάνω όταν το βγάλουν (γιατί θα το βγάλουν ) είναι τα παραπάνω βιβλιαράκια σε χαρτιά υγείας .

Πολυ καλη ιδεα, θα μπορεις να κανεις focus στο στρατο σου ξεροντας που ειναι και τι. Η τιμη ειναι πολυ λογικη και πιστευω οτι και η ποιοτητα θα ειναι ισαξια. Ηταν κουραστικο ειδικα για ενα παιχτη Space Marine, να ψαχνει να φτιαχνει λιστα, να εχει ολες τις ορολογιες και το fluff μαζεμενο. Μπραβο τους καλη κινηση. Ειναι η χρονια της φετος με τα release και τις σωστες τακτικες, και νιωθω οτι μπορω να πω το 2013 εχει σταμπα GW!
